    Depends if you count Reisen's and the Moon's knowledge as part of "Gensokyo".

    Entry wound would be small like that. Exit wounds can be huge and gross unless the bullet was fmj/wadcutter. And spatter blood, bones, brains etc everywhere. -experience shooting critters

    The brains would fly out the back, like illustrated here. But the brains wouldn't be on the ground near her like that, unless there were some remnants that fell out when she hit the ground or something.
