I dont think he could parry ranged or magic attacks, though i think he would have a resistance to most attacks (he never seems to tire much no matter how much abuse he takes, regardless if thats a result of using the animus or not)

To be fair, it's not like he gets hit by Noble Phantasms or magic in-game all that much either. If anything, his NPs would be the Apple of Eden and maybe temporarily summoning other Assassins for a Zerg-rush assassination of the enemy Master (like in Brotherhood).
Added to Hilarious in Hindsight due to the in-game database in AC: Valhalla revealed that Arthur Pendragon was once the leader of the Order of Ancients, basically the Templars' predecessors. Which makes Artoria a valid target for the Assassins.
I'd imagine his Noble Phantasm would be to instantly parry and kill you, making him about as broken as pretty much anyone else in the Type Mooniverse.
He's also a membr of the Hasassin (probably spelled it wrong) order (which is one group of Assassins in the AC world IIRC), which since it's where the word Asssassin came from, is how we have some many Hassans in Fate.
