If you were searching for this Admiral in particular, just search admiral+ this artist honestly. When it comes to OC admirals, I don't think any of them really deserve a name tag unless the OC in particular gets popular enough to start getting drawn by other artists.

I've wondered about some of the other female admirals at times, but I'd never have guessed that yuureidoshi's would turn out to be a homophone.

With all the speculation about Sakurako being an ex-shipgirl I'm thinking that could be the perfect explanation for the originality of this name.

Or it might just be the alias of an invader in disguise.

Niwatazumi's admiral doesn't follow that logic, as Tatebayashi Sakurako is his OC, and he's the only one who draws her. Tho yuureidoushi's admiral was never named previously, so Teito Kuu will remain tagless, though I also haven't seen anyother admirals (other than Tatebayashi) given a name in the first place.

It's a matter of skipping the hesitance or asking for permission and just make the character tag. Worst case the tag got cleaned.

But the preference is to hold back from making up new tags as much as possible.

i'm feeling that i was trolled somehow...

I know that one, and I'm just saying I don't think ANY OC Admiral deserves a name tag period unless it starts becoming enough of a meme and/or popular enough character that the rest of the fandom rolls with it and we can definitely tag and add a description on the original author of said character.

The 1 size fits all tag in this case is admiral_(kantai_collection). The object here is not to create too many superflous tags that won't be needed in the first place.

Cept Teito Kuu -is- popular enough, being Puchicolle's admiral.. And people usually don't draw other artist's OCs anyways. She's also a more specific fem admiral much like Sakuarko.

Personally, I don't think she needs a tag since her name came in late, but I won't object to her getting a tag, specially if her name comes up again.

If the character can be searched with existing tags, moreso with just two tags, then a new one is not needed.
Puchicolle's Admiral, while showing up in nearly all strips, are limited to work of this artist.

Even if she did show up as cameo in other artist's works in a few strips, that's still not enough to give a special tag.

And tags are functional feature to search for pictures.
It's not some sort of device for acknowledgement of popularity or a 2nd (3rd, 4th, 5th, and so on) favourite button like so many Pools are.
