I do not know LOLThere are people who say it is a game, but I have never played it. I was impressed when I saw one of my friends to use this character as his wallpaper on the laptop. When I asked, he replied "he is Udongein Reisen Inaba from Touhou." SO.. I drew Her! :D (Big Grin)
[update] i found the anime, it's called Touhou Niji Sousaku Doujin Anime: Musou Kakyou
