A strip I can (sorta) translate! If there's a more fitting translation, feel free to help. Also, while I translated this, the strip before this is beyond my abilities and has yet to be translated, please tend to that ye-better-translators. Also, I can't get rid of the translation request tag... someone else try please.

That's because it's bound to the "check_translation" tag but you can leave it so. I think the translation is pretty good, of course I don't know all the kanji too so I let the expert to judge it :)

Ah is that so? I didn't know that, thanks for the info. And I am pretty confident that the gist of it is correct, it's just that I am very nitpicky and don't know if I have every literal part of it down correctly.
Any point to tagging Watabe Koharu? I don't think she appears in anything except the 4koma.
Pixiv has a tag(and a wiki page) for her, I don't know if Danbooru does this kind of thing for original characters, for us I think the pool itself is kinda her domain already so I don't think we need to?

Other OCs have been tagged, but the matter is subject to debate. I'd say the time to give her a tag is when she's definitively drawn by another artist.
That's not a hard and fast rule, mind you - so far as I know, no one's drawn Kazami Youka except yokochou - but Youka is something special.
If a certain OC from a fan-fiction has been borrowed for more the two to three times already (this applies if the official name has been exposed), then the OC character is legit for his/her own character tag. This is better rather than tagging the original artist who created the OC whenever the OC is being borrowed by another artist.

It looks like she actually has been used by another artist see post #1812162 But Sakurako and Tsuyu had tags before their artists did the crossover thing. The matter is should she be tagged if she's only appearing in the 4koma and not a bunch of unconnected pictures like the other two I mentioned?

I'm going to post some more detailed thoughts on the forum thread Lunatic6 linked, but tl;dr I don't think Sakurako and Tsuyu were a good precedent.
There's an inherent conversion problem with Pixiv and Danbooru tags in that Pixiv tags are only made into proper tags if they have a Pixivpedia page made. There's a pixivpedia page on this admiral so there's a proper tag for her. Anyone who wants to look at all the series without being on Pekeko's page can click on the YuruiKanKore(Series name) tag while clicking on the Admiral's name tag will bring up fanart or individual pictures not a part of the series with her in it. Danbooru however have tags that don't have a page or don't have much info on them to tags that Pixiv doesn't care about such as hat_removed and headwear_removed (Which is completely different tags by Danbooru standards and explained in their proper pages) which would mean creating even more tags and putting them on to pictures and sorting them (Which has pros since it's another layer of organization). And other examples like CP(coupling) tags that are on Pixiv but not on Danbooru. (Examples include 弓女主--Archer x Xaviko from Fate/EXTRA, all the myriads of Marisa x somebody tags, to even some more obscure ones like Kirby CP tags which they all have proper pages and even organized lists for.) We have pools that work similar to these tags and if we turned all the pools into tags (too late for that), we wouldn't have this kind of problems popping up. Lastly, there are tags that aren't exactly offical tags but are simply a smart way for certain people to make comments (such as all the tags that Mizuki Hitoshi gets for his 4koma)with some made into offical tags like なにこれかわいい(WTF is this so cute)that we have equivalents pools of e.g., Disgustingly Adorable pool. All of which adds up to the inconsistencies to what Danbooru considers pool worthy or tag worthy to what's good enough as is as a pool and what needs further classification into a tag(or all the stuff that doesn't get pools but have no tags for like the CP tags).
TL;DR> Pixiv likes to work with only tags more than Danbooru.

Making it that tags will only be the accepted standard when they have a corresponding wiki page would be ideal, but is just too much work.
But Commander-san, it's not good to stay up late nanodesu.
It's bad for your health. That's not good, it will affect you tomorrow Commander-san.Anyway, Inazuma-chan should go sleep first.
