Should Stan-Miller get a negative feedback for uploading these set of badly-drawn pics? Better yet, should dupp_akiru be blacklisted from Danbooru? After all, over half his pics posted here are currently flagged.

For starters, most of these images appear to have been flagged within the last hour or two. Additionally, most of the Hina with weapon ones, e.g., this, have the exact same comment: "Terrible drawing all-around." I would find it hard to believe were someone to tell me most of these flags were raised by multiple users with the same quality concern. Using the number of images dupp_akiru has gotten flagged should not be considered a valid reason towards being blacklisted. I don't think "blacklist" is the word for what you mean to happen.
I am going to ignore the question of building concensus against Stan.
The only question is whether there is merit in keeping them up through appeal, whatever your measure of "merit" is for Danbooru, now that they have been flagged.

You are kidding, right? Please tell me you are kidding. 1) Worst kind of rubbish is capable of earning favorites in the amounts all of these things did. Sometimes combined. post #446135 just to prove it not being thrown on the wind AND being accessible to anyone on the site. 2) There is a reason that they were NOT uploaded for 1-2.5 years since being published, until YOU dug them up.
Man, I think I'll just stick to upload and translating comics from now on. The flagging and appealing images make me tired.

Yes, I was kidding. I have my doubt about this artist at first, figure I should upload some to get some "feedback" so I could make better upload in the future. I found this artist by browsing though the "WHAT" tag on Pixiv anyway, so of course peeps will think they awful.
Now if people want 'em gone, just do it. I don't care, I got more stuffs to do.

There is also that fancy option of "Upload for approval" for such cases. Please do use it next time you have even a shade of a doubt. Thanks in advance.

I just counted, about 17 of these pictures all have the exact same flag reason.
To me it looks like this and many of the other pictures pass Danbooru's quality standards almost with flying marks. The proportions and art clearly follow the style and do so consistently, the point being that it is clearly intentional and doesn't strike me as being wrong or bad. The style itself also seems to be of an adequately high standard, though possibly more unique than other styles commonly seen on the website. I feel quite confident that this would pass the moderation queue, had it gone through it that is.

"Intentionally done" has no bearing upon Danbooru's quality standards. Picaso's Cubist art style of semi-abstract blocks of solid color were on purpose, but they wouldn't fit in with Danbooru.
In fact, there are many complaints that Danbooru's standards as they stand are too loose, already. (Although I personally feel there should be an explicitly stated double standard for webcomics/4komas/fanworks as they are often allowed in and enjoyed at significantly lower qualities than solo images are.)
