Ugh, I definitely took some liberties with this translation, especially with the bottom left paragraph.
For instance, is 垣根 metaphorical? Like having a hedge dividing two houses? That's how I chose to interpret it, but I dunno.
And I'm unsure how to translate the last sentence of the bottom left paragraph.
Sh....shut up........but...Kagami and Konata. Since both of them are in different classes, there is that fence between them, still, anybody could see that the two of them make a good combination. In school, they were exiting the bathroom stalls and unexpectedly bumped into each other, the two of them then started to chat like they always do. Konata was teasing Kagami, who got a little angry. They are displaying what seems to be an everyday occurrence, this very commonplace scene. Hmmm~~~ You definitely are cute~ Kagami~They were chatting while washing their hands, the girl with the moderately long hair tied into twintails and the girl with the even longer hair and the disproportionally short height.
