It took me a while to get this, but this skit is based upon the event where Hoppo drops presents if you attack her in the game. It's just that in this "peaceful" version of KanColle, the presents come from the Admiral, and they're not using live ordinance on the poor girl.

EDIT: Seriously, Nenohi? You appear with "What day is today?" Why not just make your flashy appearance line "Prepare for trouble!" while you're at it? It'd be a less obvious failure flag.

Her left hand is hidden. There's still a chance she could get knocked down in the next strip, and at the end hold up her hand and see she accidentally picked up a ticket for both her and for Nenohi...

(Although in general, she took on a pseudo-villain's role, so her luck may be impaired, while a more gentle shipgirl might Ushio their way into winning by mistake...)

It appears Poppoh has become Nenohi-Symbiotic Princess(ver. puchi) and as such will no longer be able to continue...blame Nenohi
