Yeah, I seem to have that issue sometimes... I use GifCam to record the gif at 33FPS, as the next lower FPS setting is in the teens & would look crappy, and sometimes they play too fast... any clues how I can slow down the gif (short of recreating it which while I can I'd like to avoid doing...)?
