That should be explain why Kongou's number gone from 55 to 61... Which is surprisingly low, she should be screwing more shipgirls. Are you sure it doesn't count, and that you're not being trolled by Masara? As I said, he's brilliant, and unless he directly states it otherwise, I'm seeing this as an example of what he was aiming for when you raged on twitter.

It just means "sexual". So, yes these glasses counted the sexual partners those girls had. (Whether that was mis-counted during the ice licking scene or something else happened is unclear though)

Also the German version is displaying 6 more partners than we saw on Kongou in the previous one. So yes I think the German one counts same sex variations.

I thought yuri doesn't count on the glasses, well at least the admiral's anyways. In post #1772112 ooi has had sex with 1 male and 1 destroyer, but her count is 1. Though I'm not sure it applies to hitler's.
