Isn't the flame suppose to represent her being under the effect of Hyuuga's aura which seems to be healing her (Hence why her clothing is repaired and injuries are gone, it may also be affecting her in other ways since their expressions match in the last two panels)? Hyuuga herself also seems to have healed. It may sound ridiculous, but it's not really for this series.
Or Shouhou really is burning and the ridiculous part just Hyuuga's attitude as usual?
