The reason I removed this from pool #1536 is that I feel that it is either artistic nude or casual nudity not both since the definition of both pools kind of clash.

Why can't you have an artistic display of casual nudity? I feel the definitions don't particularly clash; one pool requires the nudity to "show the beauty of the human body", while the other requires the nudity to be,"within the picture's context, not overtly sexual and/or provocative." You can have both at once (that however does not mean that a picture that fits in one pool will necessarily fit in the other).

I don't think the two are mutually exclusive; there are plenty of works in both pools. However, I'm not sure this'd count as casual nudity anyway.

Posing in an artistic way shows intent for the nudity and thus removed the casualty of the picture I will further clean the pools later today.

Perhaps as far as this picture is concerned; but I still definitely disagree that these two pools are mutually exclusive, and the artistic nudity pool doesn't have much to do with "posing in an artistic way"; the only stated criterion is for the nudity to not be meant in an erotic way, but rather a beautiful way.

Case in point post #677492 definitely belongs in both pools. So does post #1586793, or post #1238870, or post #1323858...

The posts that you showed me are common poses for an artistic nudes rather than to be casual. Rather to show beauty is an artistic fashion regardless of the background used. The Artistic Nude pool depends on the backgroud to accentuate the model or the model's placement. Casual Nudity doesn't care about that but rather care if the model is showing nudity in an uncommon placement within a backgroud, thus purely depending on the background.

I've reverted all these crazy pool changes for the moment. If you're that desperate to change the pool definition you should work that out on the forum, honestly.

I only did what I felt was correct and if someone with a higher standing than I reverted them I would have just stepped down. and left it alone. I still feel I am correct because artistic nude is clearly defined while casual nudity's description would entail the entirety of artistic nude.
