Could be. The first version has it as "sexuelle Partner", which is a literal translation of "sexual partners". Of course, the Germans actually call it "Sexualpartner" (one word), and Masara changed it to that after I left a comment on his pixiv image post, but with the word split up due to size constraints as:

"Sexual
partner"

Having the "Partner" being capitalized here may indicate it is meant to be two separate words, as in English.

Or maybe Masara misunderstood the whole thing earlier. It didn't come to my mind back then to specify that the Germans write it as a single, connected word (like most German compound nouns), so he may have thought it's the same as English.

Well, one can say that this is one of those doujins that acknowledges that Japan use to suck Germany's...how we say, "sauerkraut" back then.
