    Alright, so there's a little back-and-forth note updating for 「ヲーキュ」. I'm reverting it back to Paracite's version, and my reasons are as follows:

    1 「ヲーキュ」 /woːkju/* indicates a long vowel on the "wo". Basically Wo-class is dragging out the first syllable, possibly due to her being half-alseep. The best way to indicate this is with "Wohkyu", or possibly "Woukyu", but the latter is more ambiguous in its pronunciation (some might pronounce it is "wowkyu" /waʊkju/).

    2) "Wokyu" /wokju/ doesn't indicate a long vowel, which is present in the original. Meanwhile, for a native English speaker, "Wookyu" will be mispronounced as "Whoo-kyu" /wuːkju/, with "Woo" being pronounced as woo (to woo somebody's hand in marriage), or the woo in woo-hoo or wookiee.

    3) Yes, I know it's Danbooru's convention to transliterate おお as "oo" instead of "oh", but this is not the case for 「オー」, which can either be "oo" or "ou" or even "or", 'uh', "oh", etc. if it were a loanword or foreign name.

    4) We follow the above convention less strictly within translation notes ('though we try to keep character names consistent with their tags), and anything really seem to go for sounds like sfx, verbal tics, or character-specific interjections with no meaning. Generally, in these cases, it's more important to transcribe the sound accurately, or to provide a cultural equivalent (in the case of sfx). Here, in this comic, Wo-class is just using her name as "Pokemon-speak", so we have no reason to follow any convention, if any. The most important thing is to transcribe the sound accurately, which I think Paracite did best with "Wohkyu".

    Phew, that was a mouthful.

    (*Okay, for phonology buffs, 「ヲーキュ」 is technically pronounced as [ɰᵝoːkjɯᵝ] (note the use of square brackets instead of slashes), as both w and u are compressed in Japanese. w and u are close enough approximations though.)
