Isokaze's thing is that she's a terrible cook on par with Hiei. (Reading further in this same series covers it on several occasions...)
And they don't really look like the 6th DesDiv. Tanikaze, in particular, doesn't look 6th DesDiv and looks more like Shirayutsu to the point where it's hard to tell them apart in monochrome. Hamakaze is more often compared to Ushio for... other reasons, and Urakaze's star puffs aren't really like Ikazuchi or Inazuma.

Changing hairstyle and growing boobs, isn't that what teenagers do? I'm specifically refering to how they look here, not how they look in their official art. You gotta admit that 17th really do look like teenage 6th in this strip when you take such changes into consideration (with the exception of the dark haired girl in the background). Akatsuki became taller, grew boobs and became Isokaze. Hibiki cut her hair short in the back, let it grow long in front and set it up with a clip to free one of her eyes and thus became Hamakaze. Inazuma switched to a more complicated hairstyle, gained more confidence and became Urakaze. And... err... Ikazuchi coloured her hair black and became an angry background character...?
