This is an autograph board of Hoppo-chan, a prize for a lottery I plan to hold after 12:00 at Umi Yukaba tomorrow. (*'ω'*) Each person can play the lottery once for free.♪ It ends as soon as I run out of prizes. ヽ(･ω･)ﾉ "Umi Yukaba" ("If I Go to Sea") was originally a Japanese military song. It is now also the name of a Kantai Collection-specialized subsection of the convention Puniket.
