Actually, even before that. She was playable in PoFV.

Of course, Reisen understood that being a playable character in fighting/phantasmagoria games is a double edged sword. You get to show your skills and beat the crap out of someone, but also get your ass kicked by MANY more people than in normal games.

She and Tewi look more exasperated at Kaguya's reaction.
