I really really doubt it; if it is then the artist has clearly never seen the succubae in question.

Notice the horns where the vestigial wings should be on their heads, and the primary wings are both too small and too high up on their backs, never mind the hair colors.

Yeah... It's kinda like "almost but not quite".
