I gave this a shot, but cripes, those puns are pretty much untranslatable. Unless someone's got any clever suggestions...

For the first, you can try something with Kagerou wearing a tiger's hide and Marisa answering she's wearing tiger clothes or something like that.

For the second, no idea. You can try something with the cat/cap, but that wouldn't be fun.
