The whole story is:

Last year, Yohane said the first letter in the titles of his doujinshi follows the order of the Japanese alphabet(A I U E O Sa Shi Su Se So...).

Some reader post a comment on Yohane's blog, asking how he would do with the letter Wi(ゐ) and We(ゑ)

This question comes up because this two letters are somehow obsolete in nowadays Japanese. So there are very very few words that contain these two letters, not to mention having them as initials.
(Maybe you have noticed that Wi(ゐ) does appear in Tewi 's name(てゐ), which is to mark that Tewi has a very very long age(So that she will use such ancient letter for her name))

So Yohane started with this joke, saying that the next doujinshi will be named ゐゑーーい！（wiwe~!） and gave a fake cover as in this post.

And from the non-joking parts of Yohane's answers, he seemed to have changed his plan a little maybe? Last time he said the final one of his series will be named as "wowari"(= the end). And this time he said it will only be the "the end" of the attached booklet(something like this)
(So maybe he will no longer give out such free booklets in the future comic events for the buyers of his doujinshis)
