Mostly because Ikazuchi's lines are just so exploitable. Hibiki's lines are relatively muted, even with the Horrorshows. As for Akatsuki...

On a serious note, Akatsuki's shtick is that so gets shown up by other people (usually her more mature younger sisters) or treated as a kid, especially after uttering her trademark "I'm a proper/first-class/mature* lady" line.

(*Varies depending on translation, but the Japanese　remains the same s 一人前)

I've edited the note where yandere Ikazuchi compared the admiral screaming in pain to the late Michael Jackson's stereotypical vocalization, MJ's iconic song where he used a lot of "Aoow" is "Black or White", not "Black and White".
