Chief god, eros and succubus queen has failed to correct the problems in this world. The pharaoh gets the first prize of rulers when she is awake humans and monsters get well in their kingdom. Even her counterpart apophis give up her plans to corrupted a pharao when she gets a man this shows truley that monstergirls can change compled.
From what's been said so far, it seems that there are at least two "factions" that have domain over angels: Eros and the god of the Church. What I find interesting is that the Church has all the trappings of a more germanic and "theme-park"ish interpretation of Christian belief (having a more Protestant imagery with Catholic organization), while the Eros faction, while not yet having as much of a defined set of followers (as far as I know), so far appears to take after a more Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern air in terms of the included monsters. Both have "angels" that in whole and/or in part reside in and originate from Heaven. However, it does appear that even with the presence of an organized church, the setting is established as having a polytheistic variant of divinity, the god of the Church sounding more like a Jovian head-deity than an Abrahamic omnipresent force of ultranature.
However, this is just a guess on my part.
What would be interesting to me is if the author ever includes any of the really REALLY Abrahamic angels, characteristics and all in Mon-Musu form. Angels like: the four-headed, straight-legged, "living" Cherubim; the powerful, multi-wing-covered, "fiery" Seraphim; and the geometrically-bizarre, throne-atending, "wheels" that are the Ophanim. Beings whose appearances justify their utterances of "Be not afraid!", being depicted as sexy/cute/cute-sexy moster-girls.

Honestly, MGE!World logic or not, I agree: Eros really should be THE most concerned party about humanity's (and, by proxy, the monstergirls') now-inevitable extinction, seeing how she, being the goddess of an emotion unique to sapient lifeforms, has the absolute most to lose if either or both of them goes.
What I personally would've done would be to make her the middle-ground between the Chief God and the Demon Lord. She knows full well that things can't continue as they are and that the Demon Lord's "fuck until I'm strong enough to make more changes" strategy is a dangerous gamble in the best of circumstances, but also sees the Chief God's "solution" and think "Bitch are you high? Do you have any idea how fucking shitty things were before?" Ultimately, she'd go "Fuck both you crazy bitches, I'll fix this shit in a way that doesn't fuck everything over!"

And she *still* doesn't know how to fix her fuckup that she honestly doesn't seem to care about, nor does she seem to care that her Elite Lilim daughters are making things even worse with their corruption campaigns.

That's still making the mistake of presuming that anyone, much less Kenkou himself, still gives a shit about the setting or advancing the plot.
What the encyclopedia hinted at at first was a sort of condemnation of Christian sex-negative sexual morality, as well as black-and-white morality where humans are good and everyone who's different is just a monster to kill for experience points. On a fundamental level, all monstergirl stories are about this notion of loving (physically or otherwise) the other, which is why racial/cultural divides feature prominently in them. It basically says that, rather than just murdering anyone who's different, you'd not only get a lot more action in bed if you slept with the hot lamia girl, you'd probably find a way to avoid needless constant genocidal bloodshed, too. Monster Musume Nichijou/Everyday with Monstergirls just uses this as an excuse for breast-groping, essentially saying that breasts are great no matter who they're attached to. Centaur no Nayami/A Centaur's Life, however, goes into explicit race allegory. (In fact, the very first chapter covertly takes Everyday with Monstergirls on that very subject - the main character centaur Hime is confessed to by a guy, and she's worried that if she dates a non-centaur, he'll be disgusted by The Mermaid Problem of the fact her genitals are on her horse part. Her friends assure her it's fine (in a yuri-baiting scene), and then it turns out that, like Everyday with Monstergirls, the guy was just thinking about Hime's giant breasts the whole time, so she rejects him.) Centaur no Nayami explicitly uses its monstergirls as race allegory, having an obvious President Obama stand-in being shown with a news headline of "America elects first centaur president", and dealing with things like people complaining about equality legislation. There's a chapter in a later volume (14 or so, I believe - the chapter where Hime tells a story about a goat overthrowing an empire) that even basically makes an allegory about exactly what kind of allegory Centaur no Nayami is about, and why.
This is the core problem of Kenkou, though: He started out with something that had potential, but then ruined it in every possible way because he doesn't understand the message he touched on enough to build on it because he's too busy just going with his brainwashing fetish. He even went back and retroactively changed all the early monstergirls that could have worked together with humans (like lamia and giant ants) so that they were more brainwashy.
The point he's trying to make is that the sex-negative view of the world is wrong, and that the sex-positive one is right, but he does it so badly he actually gets defeated by his own strawman. The sex-negative people have a point (or at least, it makes most people think that some reasonable middle-ground option is better than either extreme), since Kenkou keeps swearing that people are happy giving everything else about their lives and personalities up to have mindless eternal sex, but that's not what anyone but Kenkou and a few of his most ardent fans actually wants. If your only options of dealing with succubi are either being a mindless fuck-toy forever and dooming the world or genocidal I MUST FIGHT THE DEMONS, then the genocidal option at least sounds reasonable rather than the obviously wrong that Kenkou wants you to think. (And that's before we even get into how badly he fucks up LGBT, where obviously, gay men and trans women are the same thing (trans men? Those don't exist!), or lesbians actually all want the dick, or whatever complete dismissal that is worse than simply ignoring LGBT entirely.)

Yeah, Kenkoku adding the Alp (Gay guys? Fuck that let's turn him into a girl who "looks" like a pretty boy) is probably the straw that broke a lot of camel's backs along with him saying lesbians are just bisexuals who have girlfriends... He made a lot of detractors hate him really hard.
Him also sticking to the DEMON LORD IS ACTUALLY RIGHT mentality has also forced his setting into being eternally dark and edgy, since if they lose (ha.) then all monster girls will instantly turn back into man eating beasts, and if she wins (and closes her legs long enough to fix her fuck up), Humanity will be wiped out, being replaced with Monster girls and demon boys..
I personally hold umbridge with the fact the new chief god is basically alone in her self defeating struggle to fix everything, which will doom humanity, or she will ultimately lose, which will also doom humanity, since most of the other gods agree with the Demon Lord, and the ones that don't are *too busy fucking their human husbands (why do they have human husbands?) to care* which brings into question why did he even bother making fluff for this? It just makes people who deal with Fluff hate him.
