Well if a certain Ikazuchi has her way she could probably throw away the pudding's expiration date, thus nullifying it ever going bad.

My method of dealing with expiry dates:

*sniff* Smells good. *Nom*

Should be fine, s'long as it's not fresh meat or seafood.
