I've always thought that "ordinary" and "average" were more insulting than "normal". I'm kinda baffled why most translators opt for the latter.

I'd opt for "Don't call me ordinary!"

Zekeltarfos: As was already pointed out to Shinjidude (I think), 〜って言うな means "don't call me ~" almost always. It's a common gotcha, similar to 聞く meaning "ask" more often than "hear".
