Hibiki in most fanworks usually seems the most quiet adult, waiting for her chance to strike while hiding in the shadows.
Well, she had the longest lifespan in war, and saw her comrades disappear one by one, so she's probably one with a lot more experience in life than her sisters, that might be the reason she appears so adult and mature. (combined with her quiet behaviour ingame)
Edit: for those wondering, I didn't get the Wan chan su first, but I think it's wanchansu from mahjong(which is basically "One chance" japanized). I don't know why it's here, unless the author just wanted to say "One chance" but wrote in hiragana instead of katakana... I'll add that to the notes (but correct it if I'm wrong)

From my understanding, I would say that the change from katakana said by Hibiki to the hiragana said by Ikazuchi indicates that Hibiki is knowingly using a foreign (English, in this case) phrase, but Ikazuchi doesn't realize that it's English (or doesn't understand English) and is thinking of it as a Japanese phrase, albeit one she doesn't understand.

That's what I got from it. I assumed that Hibiki was using the mahjong term, and Ikazuchi just didn't know it. It's just nice providence that it matches close enough with the Chinese-sounding bit there.
You're in good spirits, no?This is my 'one chance', isn't it.Last night...Harasho.The Admiral relied on me so much last night, you see. The Commander... so much...Well.Ladedaaa~Oho?So, we too are inside the Commander's range...Wan Chan Su?wanchansu is a strategy in mahjong and literally means "One Chance" as it's the English term said in Japanese phonetics.
