Alright, so I tagged the characters for the themed teruterubouzu. Here's who I think they represent:

Top row, left-to-right)
CV-Water Oni (the hairband thing)
CV-Hime (or Oni, both have a side-tail)
Anchorage-Hime (or BB-Hime, if those are up-pointed horns instead of Anchorage's antennae-things)
Southern Ocean-Oni (twin-tails with black ties)
Hoppo-chan (square horns)
Wanko-san (single center horn)
BB-Hime? (really can't tell, it looks like she has up-pointed horns, but they're a bit far apart)
I-dunno-who (I seriously can't tell)
Isolated Island-Oni (that goth-loli hair band/bonnet)
DD-Hime (that hat shape)
Armored CV-Hime (big red ribbon)
Southern Ocean War-Hime (or Oni, they both have twintails with red (fiery) ribbons)
