Personal opinion: Bad_anatomy should be reserved for grievous artistic errors rather than stylistic nitpicking. Like post #2073570 Where the bone looks broken, or things clearly do not match up, like a lot of spine twisting boobs and butt poses.
I think it's safe to assume that many, many, MANY artist have never really seen real breast or a real women naked before as well as taking anime into consideration of course the anatomy is not going to be perfect.
All of Sachito's breast, for example, are weirdly place and floats for some reason.

The looking at porn actually makes it worst. Whether it's looking at other Hentai before an artists becomes a hentai artists himself or seeing "real" porn actresses with breast implants that stay upright even without a bra.
