and yeah, i could relate to not cutting the bangs.. Sometimes, having a long tail is a pain in the arse, but bangs is okay, just tickling your eyes every now and then isn't that bad..

Pretty sure he's not a teacher,probably already some sort of military personnel and he got the principal to call Ooi here to recruit her.

He needed to get rid of all the long hair, front and back. At least he one removed the Harlock outfit...

But a short haired Ooi is also cute, even if I prefer the long haired version. And she's getting some KTKM-sama time. And with Kitakami in her lap, too.

I think he's kinda covering his eyes probably because either he has intimidating eyes (anything short of tantalizing or sanpaku), he has no confidence on his face yet, or the unlikely one which is he does not wish to unleash his inner bro that makes any girl within sight radius lookin at him.

Is this really the Admibro and if so, is this really the same continuity as his usual SoL strips? If so, how did he become so dense in the interim?

I doubt this one. I think he hasn't discovered his true power level - he's got the long bangs because he thinks it looks cool, but he hasn't yet realized he can charm girls' hearts with his very gaze.
