I remember the footage. I'm guessing Ise never saw or heard of dust explosions, though. Certainly, Hyuuga didn't see fit to warn her.

Hyuuga just said that the dust ignited when you sparked it. Not that Ise would be in the middle of the explosion.

I think this is also referencing the KanColle Arcade trailer, where it goes from a grainy sepia tone to color.
