Reading this manga, at first i thought Ise was so weak compared to her sister
But gradually, I found her as OP as Hyuuga, the difference is how they execute in their own way. Hyuuga performs with a solid face, while Ise does with naive manner ( like the scene she uses water gun to take down the enemy force with Hyuuga ).
And also, Kaga seems to be the only one in this manga that can surpass Hyuuga's power.
