I've seen a few images on pixiv of this grouping. I get the name pun of Ro-Li from Rou and Libeccio in other pics but how does Shioi fit in with this trio? Another name pun or some historical naval fact I am unaware of?
And I am still butt hurt that we still have no Libeccio and Lucchini art.
