Well in the source material he(AVGN) gave a rant about how boring and boringly easy was Bugs Bunny's game in which you can simply go forward while taking all the hits and still win so it's most likely an analogy to that. And also he beat the shit out of him for being extra annoying. Dunno where that fits it.
