I know it's a reference to something but just not sure what is it referencing. Does it have something to do with the new Black Jack reboot? Toriko? A manga about doctors with someone name Asakura?
Or it might be just pure nonsense and I'm thinking too hard about it.
The bungling nurse is a reference to the live-action series Nurse no Oshigoto (ran off-and-on from 1996 to 2002, then returned for a pair of TV movies in 2014), and its main character Asakura Izumi.
