the big symbols look like: 中破 which translates to "half damage" in Japanese or "the break" Chinese the little symbols look like: 二回目though I couldn't tell if the first two characters were merged.
If you haven't noticed, Sakurako is taking on the damaged pose of the shipgirl that's ruining her clothes (or in some cases, the one who couldn'tprotecther ). This one's Shouhou's Kai version, the previous one is her basic version.
