[Before translation] I could be entirely wrong about this, but-
My (extremely limited) understanding of the comic is something along the lines of "Kaga has some kind of correlation to the Aircraft Carrier Princess - used to be her before being defeated / 'sealed'? - and now it's raining and sad things and memories and that damned song from the event is being sung".
Still trying to translate, but not knowing the kanji involves me searching for words using their (simplified) Chinese forms, and then searching them up using the relevant Japanese translation tools. That takes a while, so yeah.

Thanks for the upload and translation =3
My understanding is similar to yours but
more of Kaga feeling haunted by the Princess who, as stated in this short story, seems to follow her around, taunting her, mocking her efforts.
deco's Admiral is haunted by a/the Ta-class Battleship (you can see this in another of his shorts as well as some of his doujins covers and standalone art) so I think we can see it this way too =3
I myself see it as, THey were having hard times because of the princess, much like most of us, that made Kaga start thinking she was haunted by the princess as she's in every major operation Kaga's in. No, that song/track she hear during battle with the princess keep repeating in her head and that make her depressed (somewhat?) thinking she was powerless. I know how that felt. I kept trying in spring event but she wouldn't let me past.
