Did what I could but the only bubble left, I can't read it well and I'm quite exhausted for today to search the meaning of each kanji so if someone can complete the rest.
Also, not sure if I got it right with the second bubble in the first panel like "Kiyoshi".

It's　"はしゃぎ過ぎて怪我しない様にって". And Kiyoshi is fine.
