I've no idea about the note on the crackers, but ニーットニトどーが is pretty clearly referring to NicoNicoDouga, a streaming video website sometimes referred to as moontube.

Yeah, ニーットニトドーガ. That seems more in line with "niconico". Still don't know what it means, though. Could it be "NEET"? Probably not, I suppose...

Turns out the answer was in the artist's comments on pixiv. ニトニト動画 is a reference to another comic on pixiv found here:

This seems to indicate that it is a triple pun based off the website NicoNico, the character Kawashiro_Nitori, and the acronym NEET.

It's too late, but...
月にする means "I'll blow off you to the moon." Usually being blown over the sky (and then shine like a star) is called 星になる, "to be a star." Eirin's sentence is an hommage of it, I think.

"blow you off" has different connotations than that, though.
Changed it to "knock you into orbit".
