Didn't know she has a real name. Everybody in the Hyperdimension Rebirth games (on PC) calls her "Underling".
It wasn't until my second run of the game until I realized what it was. The funny thing is when she's introducing herself, she actually does say it in the voiced dialog, but the captions underneath don't include it.
