I assume that he's pissed because Megadimension Neptunia VII was released before Undertale(at least in Japan on PS4). And that the "Undertale Did That" is has been old for ages.
How much you wanna bet this was inspired, just a bit, by Undertale?
I think Neptunia is similar to Undertale in that fans get caught up in the family lives of characters. A cub scout I knew would talk about nothing but the stories of the characters who he was deeply attached to and I am sure I sound that way when I talk about Neptunia, Fate/Whatever, Tohou, etc.
What I want to know is did Fate/Extra copy Danganronpa or the other way around?
