As far as I know, it's not really known what happened to Seiran after the events of LoLK. What is known about her is that she is not particularly fond of her job and that she knew Reisen before the game. Other than that, she's basically just cannon fodder. I may have missed some information though.
But Ringo did decide to stay on Earth for good food.
