I don't know what she's saying, but how could I not pick number three on facial expression alone? All of these expressions are adorable, but that one is adorable and intriguing.
top right panel: あらひさしぶりの求婚ね。 Ah, you're the one who proposed to me long ago.
top left panel: あら あなた私に求婚しているの? Oh? You're proposing to me?
bottom right panel: ...あなた私が何者か分かって言っているの? 仕方ないわね... じゃあととりあえず小間使いとして使ってあげるわ。 Does someone like you realize what they're saying? That can't be helped... I suppose I'll arrange a small room for you to use.

Fixed some of these for you. At first I didn't get where you got "arrange a small room for you to use," but then I got that you parsed it as 小間 使いとして 使って あげるわ。as opposed to 小間使い として 使ってあげるわ, which makes it a bit more understandable, but the only way you can get the meaning you did from it is by translating word-by-word and then guessing at the meaning. It also looks like you did that with the top right line too, ignoring the grammar and just focusing on the words. Don't ignore grammar and guess based on words, please. It almost never works out.
Sorry if this comes across harsh or superior, it's not meant to. It's just important to only translate the stuff you're sure you understand, since a line left untranslated will almost certainly get translated by someone who does, but a line translated wrong is likely to stay that way, possibly forever.
Oh? You're proposing to me?Ah, it's been a while since someone proposed to me.Well, alright, I suppose I can keep you as a servant, at least. Then I'll make just one request. If you fulfill it, I will marry you.
Fufufu...Ehehehe~Wah! Okay.
Please take care of me from now on.
