    Re's mixing katakana (in places where katakana wouldn't be used normally, especially the particles) with hiragana.

    Writing all kana in katakana indicates robotic/monotonous speech. This convention is used both in-game and by doujin artists for Abyssal speech.

    Re's speech is written predominantly in normal hiragana (and kanji), with occasional lapsing to katakana in odd places. To adapt this, Stan Miller alternates between normal and monospaced (using as a shortcut) font.

    She basically sounds like a slightly malfunctioning speech synthesizer. Human-sounding most of the time.

    This style is probably used to indicate Re's growing humanity while reflecting her Abyssal origins,

    Example: For those of you who have played either of the System Shock games, think of SHODAN's voice. (Or GLaDOS from Portal, whose sound design is a SHODAN reference, I'm pretty sure.)
