Has Kasen ever outright rejected him though? Eiki has, but Kasen usually acknowledges that she's onto him, then says yes anyway, or at the very least, hasn't said no. She even jumped for him before that was even a series, agreed to all-day sex, and put her boobs on a table. If anything, this is Kasen realizing she might have feelings for him, and getting shot down when things are on her terms for once.
