I don't know much about traditional Korean dress but I'll just assume you're talking about Hanbok. My impression is that Hanbok top part (shirt/jacket?) is worn over bottom part (skirt?) while Tang Hanfu have it other way around. The Hanfu's sash also wraps around and over their breasts while only the knot show up in Hanbok. Overalls, Hanbok is kind of fluffy and Tang Hanfu is silky.
