Ahh, my favorite of the Thai curry dishes.

Note: The kaffir lime leaves are there for the aromatic scent. They're indigestible, though. Lots of Thai soups and curry dishes tend to put inedible herbs in, such as Galangal stems and kaffir lime leaves to "cover" up unpleasant smells that may have resulted from the ingredients used.

It's not necessary to have Thai eggplants as an ingredient. You can put in as much paprika pepper as you like though.
    This is delicious!
The sweet and sourness blend together to create a very strange but delicious taste!
    You mean it!?
Maybe you can have this "Kaeng khiao wan" too!
    Sanae!
It contains plenty of chicken meat, which makes me very happy!
It's fine if you don't eat the kaffir lime leaves.
Well, if you like sweet food, then...
"Kaeng khiao wan" is a kind of Thai's soup dish. Although it is known in Japan and many other countries as "Green curry", it actually doesn't have any relationship with actual curry. Its name literally means sweet green soup. แกง (soup) เขียว (green) หวาน (sweet)
The dish contains a lot of coconut milk and green peppers, so be careful! The sweetness and spiciness gonna attack you in waves!!
Please eat it together with Jasmine rice!
