Curious crossover; in the Four Seasons House continuity, all Touhou characters are essentially normal people, without any special physical abilities (barring Youmu and Reimu's sensitivity to spirits) or non-human characteristics—e.g., all animal ears are actually fake ears on headbands. There's some age and gender oddities, to be sure; Letty's a lot younger and Eiki's the father of the family. Aside from that, everyone's "normal". In this strip's continuity, everyone's their actual original-game self, animal ears, abilities and all, and the same relative ages as within the game. Presumably, this will all be glossed over without any mention.

I always liked the Four Seasons strip. Seeing a crossover brightened my day.

I'd imagine we go the alternate universe route, and this particular group of characters just so happens to be friends in this world. Sort of like characters who are cameos of themselves from another story in a series.

Could go either way though. But that's my bet; money on the table.
