Something interesting here, she repeats whats she say, so doesn't she deny whats already denied?
that does bring up an interesting question. If she says something, can she then say something afterwards to undo her first saying? like if she said the sky is blue, could she then say the sky is not blue to undo her power?
Just analyzing her power yes, but we don't know about her limits or requirements, aside of a correct use of words. So it will be very difficult for her to keep repeating this cycle, because all the events will be opposed in different ways.
I believe Sagume's power works in way such that only situations or events that can be reversed will be reversed, but not universal truths or standard statements (eg my name is sagume, or, consider this an imperial order, etc).
For example, in LoLK when she introduced herself, her name didn't become something else, or when she issued an order, the protagonists didn't fail to accomplish the order.
Of course in context with the picture, I think the artist may be going for a plot twist to the usual Sagume-Seija Mother-Daughter relation. After all unlike most other artists that depict the two together, Satou yuuki depicts both of them to be of the same height.

Good to know that someone gets it! It gets annoying when people treat Sagume's power like everything she says is reversed.
What did...you just say?...Huh?It's been a whileMotherWell, I'll say it again.
