Just because a majority of fanart that gets uploaded to danbooru from pixiv doesn't mean that's all where it comes from, but just simply that more uploaders are following pixiv artist instead of deviant art.

Right here. Pixiv is basically DeviantArt, but in Japanese. The reason we prefer to pull art from Pixiv and not DeviantArt is because this is an Anime-style-art hub, and Pixiv is an Anime-style-art source. DeviantArt has anime art on it, but also a lot of other kinds of art, like furry art, which for a long time was strictly banned on sight from Danbooru. Also, our tag parser works a lot better with Pixiv.
I'm also not saying OCs are necessarily bad, either, but this particular character... she's an older Cirno without the wings. It's fantastically drawn, but it's just as blatant a ripoff as the very things Blonic was a parody of.
Pretty much, on Deviantart, you'll find western art is ofcourse the majority since it's primarily an english site (yes it has translations but so does pixiv now too though). I actually did a search for Powergirl and Batgirl one time on both deviantart and pixiv, and well, you could probably guess which site gave me more results. ON the other hand, Pixiv basically gave me the "Animu" style of DC characters.

Pixiv is basically "dA, Japan Edition" after all. It just so happens that most OCs are done rather poorly or not as well known as mainstream fanart.
With the tags I tend to browse, I never saw OCs tagged with it. Original characters exist all the time, sure, but I've never seen any original characters tagged with Golden Sun or Megaman or Pokemon. Spritework in those styles, sure, but never a ton of OCs like I see over in dA. That's my angle on it, at least. I figured Pixiv had stricter tagging rules. But I guess that's what I get for assuming...

This game combined with touhou healing nature and other few rpgmaker games together are all part of a small project called 自然癒project，but unfortunately none of which have been successfully finish development. Hard to imagine what if this project can present once finish its job.

quon is not the touhou oc of jukarin, actually she belongs to shishito https://x.com/sisito_torincho, who is a friend to asato the developer of touhou healing nature. Both healing nature and blue bird story hide an easter egg in each game as a mutual salutation.
