    Going by the caption in panel 2, it's apparently another rendition of Osatou-san, despite his more standard avatar appearing elsewhere in these strips.

    On another note, I do wish this Mizuki-san would post higher-res versions of her comic strips; the tiny print (especially white with colored outlines) is simply unreadable for me.

    It's all she puts on her Pixiv. I wish I could get my hands on her Yamame-san books.
