how long has kancolle been here? you can sortie everyday to 1-1 at least three times a day (morning, noon, night, like a patrol mission) so maybe you can get into lvl 70 after 2 years worth of playing.

At that rate I think it would take around year and a half or so give or take

So basically, Central Command sees that Bucky can do all the work by herself, thinks that there's no need to assign any CO to this base?

So Central Command never learned anything from Meitoro's base

Using the KC3Kai level calculator, doing 1-1 with flagship, MVP, and S rank bonuses in both fights will take 2454 runs to get a Destroyer from L1 to L70. Assuming three sorties a day, it would take her 818 days to hit L70, or two years, two months, a week, and an extra day.

If Suzuya reached to the same conclusion I'm thinking, she deduced Fubuki works hard to get provisionally married once an admiral arrives.

I think Suzuya's conclusion will be that Fubuki is too frickin' nice and wouldn't complain under most any circumstances. Probably gonna be lessons in assertiveness coming.

Or maybe Suzuya's the one who made Tokonatsu to get assigned there, so that Fubuki learn some decency?

Somehow this would explain Bucky's lack of shame when confronting Tokonatsu-kun. She's been alone for a long time she's forgotten modesty when with other folks.

That is the number of battles not the total sortie, if she was doing the sortie fully three times a day at S-rank it would be 6 battles, thus 409 days not 818,
